Exchanges and Returns
You may submit an exchange or return request by contacting El Tahawy Customer Service. Each request will be reviewed according to the condition of the product and the applicable exchange and return policy.
Return and Exchange Conditions
The product should be:
- In its original condition, without signs of use or damage.
- Inside its original packaging with all packing materials.
- Accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
- Complete with all accessories, gifts and manuals.
- Accompanied by the warranty card, where applicable.
- Uninstalled and unused, unless the request relates to a product defect.
Certain personal care products may not be eligible for return after their packaging has been opened or the product has been used, for health and hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In case you receive a damaged, incomplete or incorrect product:
- Do not use the product or dispose of its packaging.
